Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions of Booking The Sticky Studio is committed to the safety of all persons who attend our classes and to deliver the highest standard of service. Bookings are non-refundable– if you have booked and paid for a class and are then unable to attend for whatever reason (including illness, isolation or holidays), unfortunately we cannot offer a refund. Where viable, we shall endeavour to offer you a space in another class at one of our other locations during that same week but this is subject to availability and circumstances. We don’t want anyone missing out on the fun, so please contact us if you have any concerns and we will be as accommodating as possible. In the event that The Sticky Studio has no option but to cancel or postpone classes due to events beyond their control such as venue closure, bad weather, pandemic or epidemic, illness, local lockdown restrictions or other circumstances which mean that the class cannot take place, we shall offer either a catch up class or a class credit to be used at a future date by the customer.
